Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Our standard delivery timeframe is 6 to 8 business days after your order has been processed and leaves our facility.

  • Handling Time: 3 - 5 business days

  • Transit/Delivery Time: 6 - 8 business days

  • Total Estimated Timeframe: 9 - 13 business days from the date of purchase.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions outside of our control.)

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Damages and Issues in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue or assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
