No Tracking Update Yet?

Tracking information may not appear immediately after the shipping email is sent. The first update becomes available after the carrier processes and scans the shipment.

Number Not Recognized?

Check that the complete number was entered without extra spaces. If it still does not work, contact us at info@lightningbikes.us.

Order Still Processing?

A tracking number is issued after the order has been prepared and handed to the shipping carrier. You will receive it by email once available.

Delivery Looks Delayed?
